This competitor of the large famous chain take market shares by serving fresher, more nutritious, and better tasting foods, according to my experience. But as seen they don't grill the burgers when ordered. As of Max's commercials they "make the hamburger when ordered", this is just half the truth. Instead all meat is pre grilled and stored in an oven, and the hamburgers are just put together after they are ordered. This is why the meat is some dry and not juicy. Order you hamburger without cheese. The cheese is a processed piece of dairy components and additives without a complex taste. The environment in the restaurant is clean, but very unpleasant and uncomfortable with all the plastic interiors.
There is room for improvments: fresh grilled meat, the cheese, and the interior.
Still it is worth a visit if you like you like a little better fast food and if you are prepared to pay a little extra for it.
