“Great bites at reasonable rates”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2013

On a date night with my wife. You'll spend a bit more than at most sit-down restos in Malmo, but then, you're not here for a plank steak. You're here for something much better. Good variety, food expertly prepared. My only hangup was the service. For the price, I was hoping for slightly more expertise in waitstaff. Saw food coming out to tables at different times and a couple other minor hiccups, but nothing so notable as to tarnish the experience.

“Will go back soon and often!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2012

From (online) booking to leaving, it was a top great experience.
Service was great and friendly (way way better than swedish standards).
Atmosphere of the restaurant is just perfect.
And the food is super good.
Small portion dishes at a good price (not really expensive), meaning that you should take two or three or more. You design your menu.
If you do not know what will be your appetite you can order more.
Really pleasant and tasty.

Also a great choice of wine (from normal price to exepnsive) and good choice of tasty homemade cocktails!

“Fantastic food and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

From the moment i reserved the table to the moment we went out the door it was a very very nice experience. The staff was more than friendly, the food fantastic and the interior very nice. It wasnt even a problem that we didnt arrive before 22:00 after a night at the Opera. It was even possible to order a 4 course dinner at that time. A place i will recommend for a long time forward and we will be back.

“Flavours and service high on menu”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2012 via mobile

My wife and I went here having searched TA for somewhere near to our hotel in Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmo.
The olives and grilled vegetable starters were over heavy on olive oil, and with impossible tiny skewers, but we got over that minor inconvenience, to move onto an exquisitely presented and tasty three herrings plate with innovative tiny portions of various accompaniments - really good. My wife's monkfish was very tasty, well presented, but as many people say, small portions. The waitress's was great, she emphasises that you need two dishes to make a meal, so it all works out fairly excessive.
I finished with a sirloin dish, again really flavoursome. Together with four drinks, we totalled c £60 equivalent, so all in all not extortionate for Sweden, but not a cheap place. Perfect for a young couple, as the outside seating and ambience were great.

“A Michelin Star feel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2012

I drove over the sea from Copenhagen to look around Malmo which is stunning. I stopped at Atmosfar for a coffee the staff were extremely helpful and restaurant very high end. I had a 5 star cappuccino but I wished I had more time because the food coning out of the kitchen was bending my nostrils.
