This was our second attempt here as our first was really disappointing. We won't be going back.....The place seems to be run by teenagers who have little communication skills or experience. The cafe service was painfully slow, we waited 30 mins for two sandwiches as we did on our last visit. The farm...what farm? There were hardly any animals for us to see, a few sheep, lamas, goats, rabbits and ponies in shabby pens with poorly maintained fencing. The pond was dirty and badly maintained....no ducks either! Much of the children's play equipment was broken or in a poor state of repair. The baby changing was one, filthy pull down tray in the disabled loo which was also disgusting! We paid £21.50 for 2 adults and a 19 month old child and felt that it was a waste of time and money. There was very little to do in the way of extra activities and a long wait for the few they had. In comparison to many of the other childrens farms we have visited this place comes bottom of the list. Give it a BIG MISS as the whole place smells, looks tired, is filthy and is in desperate need of some TLC. Such a shame as we are local but we definately won't be going back.
