“Good beer. Good steaks”
Copenhagen is expensive compared to most other European and North American cities. So don't expect bargains in any decent eating place. Just grit your teeth, pay up, and then enjoy the experience ("Price is soon forgotten, but bad quality lingers").
The brewpub is about par for the course, price-wise, but it is good value (for Copenhagen). In a city overrun with mass-produced lager, it's refreshing to find a range of fresh beer, brewed on the premises, and at around DKK 58 per half litre.
The restaurant menu isn't extensive, and the bar menu is even shorter, and the steaks seem to be the same in both places. We had a tender 285gm steak, chips, and an excellent side-salad for DKK 285.
On a cold winter's evening, it's a cosy place to pass away a few pleasant hours.
