We were fortunate to dine while they were celebrating their 10th anniversary. Wow you can see why they have lasted the distance and now have a great reputation. A great experience especially if you are looking for modern gourmet food that is not over the top! Having said that, I have never had liquorice with pigeon before...what a great combination, it really works. The vieux comte with black truffle and Jerusalem artichokes was another winner.The matched wines were great and I was impressed that the sommelier was prepared to offer some non traditional wines from some of the conservative wine areas of France.
