We went the Louise the second week after it opened with a new chef. We had its 10 course wine paring tasting menu. With all the small dishes together, I think we had 18 courses! The presentation was beautiful. sometime it is hard to touch the food. It was tasty and creative. The chef came out to chat with us see how we liked the food. The service was friendly and excellent. The server explained every dish and wine. We are big wine drinker. The wine paired for the dinner was kind of light for us compare to the big french and California wines. We had a nice view to the Tivoli Garden. The dinner took 3 hours. It was definately an outstanding experience. Make sure you set enough time to enjoy the dinner.
