Our hotel recommended Casa d'Antino. It was a short walk from our hotel. It was the single worst restaurant we ate at in a three week trip. Maybe the worst ever. We ordered. The bread came and had so much salt on it that it was impossible to eat. Then the salads came and they were okay but nothing exceptional. But then the main course came.. two of us ordered a Veal dish and we both looked at each other and the plate before us. The presentation was awful but not as bad as trying to eat tough shoe leather covered in salt. When we complained to the waiter (who then began to ignore us) he finally took the meals and said he would not charge us. But a short time later returned to say he had discussed the meals with the chef and the chef had confirmed that their was nothing wrong with the meals and suggested that perhaps no one in the United States knew how to make a Veal dish correctly. My friend and I decided not to order a replacement meal. My wife had the ravioli which she said was fine but nothing special. I doubt I have ever offered a review that was 100% negative. This may be a first. But with so many good restaurants in Copenhagen I would suggest that even if our experience was an off night or a sick chef you try someplace else.
