Having read the reviews of this hotel I was afraid it was going to be a long commute to Copenhagen centre and bad service. Luckily it was not that at all. When we arrived we were told our room was not available and we had to be upgraded to a sea view room instead. (Not that we cared) We were asked if we wanted champagne now or at a later stage, that it was included in the price.( I had opted for the cheaper deal without champange, so it was free, nice)We went to our room which was nice and spacious. Plazma screen tv, nice. Bed confortable. The champange arrived the time we ordered it (had been out to get some strawberries before that!) We tried to use the free wireless internet in the room, but it didnt work.We called reception and a guy came up 2 minutes later with a network cable and it worked fine. The staff were very polite, the most I have had at a hotel.
the breakfast was a large choce of hot food and cold food with fresh fruit. It was -7 outside so we were not looking forward to the walk. But you could actually see the towers of Tivoli from the hotel, 20 minutes walk. We got the train thoguh, just 1 stop. Anyone who thinks this is too far is just lazy.
The one and only complain I have about this hotel is between the toilet and bedroom there is a glass window. This really needs to be covered so you dont have ot watch someone use the toilet.
