Having read the reviews of this hotel I was afraid it was going to be a long commute to Copenhagen centre and bad service. Luckily it was not that at all. When we arrived we were told our room was not available and we had to be upgraded to a sea view room instead. (Not that we cared) We were asked if we wanted champagne now or at a later stage, that it was included in the price.( I had opted for the cheaper deal without champange, so it was free, nice)We went to our room which was nice and spacious. Plazma screen tv, nice. Bed confortable. The champange arrived the time we ordered it (had been out to get some strawberries before that!) We tried to use the free wireless internet in the room, but it didnt work.We called reception and a guy came up 2 minutes later with a network cable and it worked fine. The staff were very polite, the most I have had at a hotel.

the breakfast was a large choce of hot food and cold food with fresh fruit. It was -7 outside so we were not looking forward to the walk. But you could actually see the towers of Tivoli from the hotel, 20 minutes walk. We got the train thoguh, just 1 stop. Anyone who thinks this is too far is just lazy.

The one and only complain I have about this hotel is between the toilet and bedroom there is a glass window. This really needs to be covered so you dont have ot watch someone use the toilet.

This is a very modern hotel with no character a bit off the center of the city.
I had an executive double with a balcony and sea view which was very nice given the nice weather. I was disappointed that initially I was not given a room with a balcony even though my reservation clearly mentioned a balcony. So i had to complaint about this and ask for a room change.
The rooms are VERY SMALL. But this seems to be the norm in Copenhagen. The decor is very modern.
Breakfast was not included in the price even though this was not mentioned anywhere. Only at the check out I was asked if i had breakfast and then they added an extra charge to my bill. Breakfast is very simple and i wouldn't recommend it.

-The gym is nicely located on the top floor but has only 6 machines.
-The restaurant has a poor choice and it seemed to be empty most of the time.
-This is a hotel where you would find lots of organized tourist groups staying at.
-Free internet in the room.
Finally, don't forget to bring your sleepers as the hotel will charge you 10 USD per pair of sleepers if you ask for one even if you are staying at the executive room.

Arrived June 2nd from 24 hr transatlantic flight. Hotel was a short distance from the train station. Clean design on the water front. Rooms although small have several amentities. Short walk to tourists spots but far enough away to avoid the hard core soccer fans. Sunday breakast had a wide selection and one could watch rowing skulls in the sea channel. Minus on the service ... Hotel rent ed our room three times to other parties after we checked in.....
Overall a very good hotel... service could stand a little polishing!

I stayed at this hotel due to a technical problem on the airplane planned to leave the Copenhagen Airport. All passengers were bussed out to this hotel, where I spent the night, so the hotel was booked by the airline, I guess as they did have enough available rooms on short notice. The hotel is a very modern, light and airy place. The location is little off, for those of you that plan to spend some time in Copenhagen it might be better to stay closer to all the attractions. However, I must admit that I loved the Scandinavian design a lot, if you are interested in design even the least, you will like this place. The rooms are rather small, though. I would stay here again, next time hopefully little longer.

My husband and I stayed here when the Hotel was almost finished. Not too far from city centre. Loved the design, staff were courteous.....
...............even the workmen. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We had
a room overlooking the water and found it very peaceful and relaxing.
We had stayed previously at an inner city hotel near the Tivoli and found it extremely noisy.

The hotel is next to a large shopping complex and a stop for the sightseeing canal boats, which was fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very enjoyable even though the hotel was not quite finished. We would definetly stay here again.
