The menu here offers a fixed meal of 4 or 5 courses. You could buy wine by the bottle, or take the wine menu, with a glass of something different served with each course. As its name implies, the wines, and the olive oil, are from the province of Cortona in Tuscany. Service is excellent; attentive and friendly. The menu is only available in Danish, but the Italian proprietor speaks perfect English. This kind of quality does not come cheap.
The 4 course menu and 4 glasses of wine come to 900 kroner per person, but for a special night out, there are few places to beat this.
The menu offers no choice, to make sure that everything is perfect, so you may wish to check the menu before you book. It’s only a few minutes walk from the Glypotech gallery, so it’s not difficult to stroll round there and have a look at the menu on the board outside.
