“Does the job!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2012

This hotel does the job for a business trip unless you have appointments in the city center. Easy check in, good gym, and busines center and conference facilities are all good.
Rooms are actually in good size and well designed, but the rooms towards the road are a bit noisy if you leave the window open to get fresh air.
The breakfast was very good, and so was the dinner or any other food served for that matter.
The interior design is typical danish and very nice. Hotel is very clean. Price is also very good.
Only set back is the distance to city center and the noise from the road. Having that in mind the standard price should be lower.

Room Tip: Room on the back side.

I have stayed at the hotel many times - business related. And the hotel is a satisfactory for that purpose.

No luxury can be expected but there is an acceptable level of service. The rooms are Scandinavian style. Not cozy. The hotel is newly renovated which has definitely made it more attractive.

There is a small fitness center. It is to small in peak hours.

The Hotel is situated in a pretty unattractive area. And that is the reason why I cannot recommend it to tourists

The hotel has a good infrastructure, the suites are nice. The quality in the restaurant is very good for a chain hotel restaurant. The staff at the reception, however, are almost without exception not aware of the fact that the guests are their main business model. They overlook people, they have one attendant assisting a long check-out line, while other attendants stand there chatting. They don't assist getting a cab, which got me to my appointment 20 minutes late.

Stayed here for one night in a superior room with nice new furniture but the size are more standard than superior. Free parking. Close to Copenhagen center - 10 minutes by taxi

This remains a very convenient Scandic hotel when I’m travelling in Denmark/Southern Sweden by car. The large car park is very convenient and free to guests if you ask Reception for a ticket.

Reception greeted me warmly and booking in was swift - with the usual offer of an upgrade to a better room if I wanted. I declined. My room was bright with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The view is wasteland or buildings, but the room itself was adequate. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, with dust on some fittings and limescale accumulated around the shower control and the bottom of the shower screens.

I chose the buffet option in the restaurant which was good and at a good price - though I never did find the fruit etc for dessert.

I slept well, and next morning it was only 10 minutes or so back to the airport for the journey home.

I’ll no doubt stay here again, but do wish they’d make the steps from average to good.

Room Tip: Remember to ask for your free car park ticket.

I stayed here for five nights at the end of April.

As I went by car I chose a hotel which was easily accessible by car, and had a large parking area. The hotel is also very close to a train station which takes you to central Copenhagen in 5-10 minutes.

The hotel room vas very large, clean and quiet, and every morning you’re free to enjoy an excellent breakfast buffet.

All things considered I thought it was a perfect stay!

Had my booking transferred from another hotel that had made a mistake with my booking, so I didn't arrive full of the joys of spring. Even so, this was awful - arrived from Sweden at 2 pm on a Saturday: restaurant closed, room service unavailable and I was told there was nowhere in walking distance to eat. Basically a corporate hotel for business travellers who are presumably interested only in business... unwelcoming architecture and design, my room overlooked a wasteland and railway tracks. Not convenient for seeing - let alone enjoying - anything of the city.
