When visiting a new destination it's always worthwhile researching place to enjoy and experience restaurant Radio comfortably fits into the " Don't miss it category ". Outstanding value too for cooking of this calibre. The five course dinner is magnificent, my first course of seared scallops with ribbons of asparagus with a delicate warm yoghurt coating with a rye crunch was a pure joy. My intermediate course was even better. New potatoes sliced thin and cooked al-dente with crunchy onions, chive blossom, and a foam made from a cheese where the cow had grazed on hay was sublime ! The desert I will remember forever, a milk ice-cream with a sensational combination of beetroot , rhubarb, honeycomb chocolate, chocolate pieces was a revelation that made one smile the entire evening. Great service too the Danes are lovely people with a great attitude.
