“Cosy hotel in a central location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

We stayed at Hotel Tiffany for a single night before a flight the next morning.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast fine. The staff were happy to advise us on nearby supermarkets and laundromats.

While the local Metro extension is being built the walk from Copenhagen central station is a little longer than normal, but it's still only about 5 minutes.

We stayed at the Tiffany for 3 nights . It was our first stay in a hotel under 3 star. We got exactly what we hoped for. It was very clean and comfortable. Saturday night was a bit noisy outside but this was not caused by this hotel's guests. All of the many hotels in the area would experience this situation. Very conveniently located for train station and shops, the streets are all well lit and at no time did we not feel totally at ease. The the staff were brilliant. they could,nt have been more helpful, and seemed genuinely interested. Book here with confidence. Were we to return to Copenhagen we would have no cause to look elsewhwere.

I booked this hotel via Booking.com, and then looked here for reviews. I thought I had made a huge mistake when reading some of the negative reviews, but how wrong I was.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was more than adequate with nice coffee from a Nespresso machine. Desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I for one would definitely stay here again.

In the future I think I'll just ignore the more outlandish negative comments on this site. I'm sure they're all either shills, people with some kind of agenda, of the kind of overly fussy ones who'll find fault with everything.

My job require one weekly hotel night in Copenhagen and after testing several places, this is my favourite choice. Very central location, small and cozy. Always clean and tidy and the in-room breakfast is the perfect solution for a busy hotel rat. :)

Good central location - walking distance from the main train station - very clean, well-equipped kitchenette. Helpful front desk staff too. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main train station. When we arrived, I was surprised how small everything was: from the reception area, the room, the bathroom, and unfortunately, the bed. My wife and I are not 6-footers and barely fit in the bed. Obviously, we did not get a good night's sleep for that reason. Just turning to one side may cause you to fall off the bed. Worst still, the sheets were probably not laundered properly as we spent most of the night scratching ourselves. We saw some dust/dirt on the sheets upon closer inspection and unbelievably, one side of the bed had the smell of a wet dog. I would not stay again in this hotel even for free.

I can only add to the many positive reviews of this hotel, by saying it was a good find! Our ground floor double room was comfortable and clean, with an armchair, table, plus a desk with chair, and (bliss) 2 extra lamps. It was so nice to have a local newspaper delivered to our door with the fresh breakfast rolls. Extra coffee and tea available in the foyer. Tasteful decor, two blocks from station, but quiet. Courteous and helpful staff. Variety of restaurants and small corner shops nearby.
