We went there as part of the restaurant week in Copenhagen so they had a 3 courses menu for 200dkk:
- starter: the raw cod was just plain, didn't really taste the citrus and some salt/pepper (any spice actually) would have been more than welcome.
- main: the grilled tiger shrimps were very nice, but six tiny grilled shrimps on three sticks are far from being a real main (good appetizers though). We also ordered the grilled beef but it was just average little pieces of beef on a stick and grilled with a little bit of sauce added on it afterwards… I expected them to at least marinate the meat and make it taste “Japanese” or something. The mixed pickles were nice, but I wasn’t a big fan of the fried pak choy with soy sauce (it looked and tasted like a very cheap Chinese dish that you never eat in chinese restaurants).
- desert: the yuzu yoghurt with plums and peanuts crumble was extremely good and original
The place itself is cute and the staff extremely nice and friendly.
Overall I do not believe it was worth it as the portion were fairly small (I was expecting a mixed selection or beef/pork/shrimp/salmon and not just such a tiny portion), and I went back home with my stomach growling. I was really looking forward to try a place that offers something different from just sushi but I won't go back there.
