“Nice but a bit noisy due traffic”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2012

Ok hotel. Absolute sufficient for a short business stay. As for many Radisson hotels this one also needs a facelift. Ok service and nice restaurants in the building. Location is fine depending on what you want to do in Copenhagen.

Room Tip: Definately go for the high floors. Traffic noise.

I believe Radisson Blu Scandinavia has understood what is most important for travelers like myself: a good gym, free wifi, and healthy food options.

If you travel a lot for work, and want to stay healthy, those are the most important things!

It is a perfect hotel for a business trip to Copenhagen, but also well for a family trip. Good rooms, well equipped. Friendly staff, good parking facilities, a fantastic breakfast!
Though a little longer walk away from the city center.

Room Tip: Rooms to the north higher up have buitiful view over Copenhagen!

Nice, if starkly renovated rooms, friendly staff, great views from the higher floors. The buffet breakfast is good.

Note that the hotel hosts events on the weekends and loud music plays until well after midnight. If your room is near the rooftop restaurant or mezzanine hall, you won't sleep until the music stops.

This is probably one of the tallest buildings in Copenhagen. Rooms are very Nordic, what seems to be the style now in all Radisson-hotels in Scandinavia. Nice room, I stayed on the 24th floor, and a fantastic view. Breakfast was good, as they normally are in Denmark. It is cituated a litte off-city-centre, so you might prefer a cab in the evening or if the weather is bad. They have a large casino, for those who likes to gamble a little.

Room Tip: The higher, the better!

Line who greeted us on arrival at the front desk was 5 stars....so friendly and welcoming....the hotel is a little dated but it is so clean and the rooms are big and spacious....I had the best sleep the bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up out of bed..The bathroom is large and the shower is fantastic, plenty of hot water all day long...Great tea & coffee making facilities, its the little things like Anne Semon luxury products and the attention to details that make this a comfortable hotel..The hotel is situated a little out of the reach of the tourist spots but it is a nice hotel and is well worth a stay. I love the grab and go breakfast option which is laid out at 5am if you need to get to the airport before breakfast starts at 6.30am. Would be happy to stay here again :)

Room Tip: Higher rooms have a fantastic panorama view of the whole of Copenhagen

The hotel is nice, well presented and pretty reasonable for hotels in the center of Copenhagen. I stayed at several smaller hotels and this by far was the nicest one. That's not to say it's without faults however. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel, a thai, italian, japanese hibachi and more of a contemporary restaurant.

I think my two biggest complaints about this hotel were the overly inflated food prices and lack of menu choices at the hotels \ the impression they give that they're close to the city center. I'd eaten in quite a few danish restaurants over the week I was there and these by far had the most restrictive menus. Not to say it wasn't good food.

Secondly, the description of the hotel makes it seem like the city center, Tivoli and the attractions are within easy walking distance, but they really aren't. I think I calculated that it was almost 2 miles to the pedestrian shopping. Which for some might be an easy walk, but for others it may be a little too much.

A taxi was easy to get on my way out to the airport, and the room was comfortable. I enjoyed the oversized bath tub and more "americanized" shower that was there. The is a casino attached to the hotel as well.

All and all it was a nice place, and when I'm back in Denmark I think that if the price was right I'd stay here again.
