“Examplary!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2014

I have stayed in this hotel many many times during 2012 & 2013 and virtually every time everything was flawless.
They have the best beds and best bedlinen I have experienced in any hotel by far. The rooms are spacious, pleasant and functional. The bathrooms are super with heated floors, big thick towels and showers as if you are standing under a waterfall :-) Everything was always immaculate.. totally spotless!
The service at the reception was super every time. If there was no loyalty program room upgrade available they always compensated with other fitting services like free mini bar and/or free movies.

The only minus was the bar/room service... which was almost always slow and rather uninterested (with the fair exception).. it seems they were always understaffed. The food was consistently good but the menu was limited.

The breakfast is super (plentiful, wide selection, spacious area) and the club lounge is pleasant though a bit basic.

A metro station is right next to the corner which brings you directly into the center of Copenhagen in just 2-3 stops and tickets are available at the reception.

Altogether the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is an exemplary hotel and I enjoyed every minute of my many stays.

You will not be disappointed

Room Tip: Avoid the rooms with bath only. Showering in the bath tub will turn the bathroom into a swimming poo...

Visited just for a short 4 day trip as a city break, good location near the metro line into the centre, with a shopping centre nearby for any shopping.

Friendly and very helpful staff, breakfast was also nice.

Ask for a higher floor for good views if you can!

We had a wonderful stay at the Copenhagen Towers. I had trouble making the reservation through the central reservation line and there were mistakes made thus the Front Desk Manager was so kind to promptly correct everything and she gave us an automatic room upgraded. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the extensive buffet breakast. It was the best breakfast we had during our holiday. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and we had the best sleep. This hotel is next to a brand new mall called Fields and next to the metro thus it only takes about 10 minutes to reach downtown Copenhagen. As well you are only a few minutes from the airport with the complimentary shuttle. So it is the perfect location. I would not stay anywhere else, this is the perfect hotel. "

I stayed here recently with my dad. We got off to the wrong foot when our flight arrived just after 23:00 after a slight delay, and after calling the hotel we were told their complimentary shuttle only runs until 23:00. We were left to figure out how to get there by ourselves (the best way is to take the train to Orestad, and it's pretty much across the street from there). Addtionally, the entrance is turned around so it took a while of lugging around our luggage to find out how to get in. Apart from those two issues, however, the hotel itself was very clean and spacious, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable after all the earlier stress. The breakfast buffet in the morning (which costs extra) also had a nice full selection of fresh foods and drinks and was among the nicer hotel breakfasts I've experienced. I would recommend this hotel to a fellow but be weary of transportation getting there (taxis, which the concierge recommended, run steep in Copenhagen).

Room Tip: High up has nice views of the city in the distance, but unfortunately I'm not sure which directi...

This is an excellent hotel for the price. Nice rooms with great views and plenty of room. The breakfast, while not included, is not to be missed...it's a complete spread. And the service is excellent with friendly staff and extremely helpful.

It is also in a perfect location, being close to the airport (5 minutes away with free shuttle to/from) and across the street from the metro which takes you in and out of the city center very inexpensively 24/7. And it's right next door to Fields, one of the largest malls around with something for everyone, including a Bilka for groceries etc...

There's also a great park a block away with speed skating tracks (roller), soccer fields and other cool things for kids if they are interested int those activities. Since bicycles are everywhere we would have rented those, had we had more time as that is a great way to get around, and much safer, with exclusive bike lanes everywhere (wish they had this in the USA)

It's also a great place to stay if you're doing business in Copenhagen and Malmo with the Bridge just past the airport, but be aware of the high bridge toll (<$60) each way...so I wouldn't use this if you're doing business only in Malmo.

We stayed here as base point then rented a car to tour Sweden which worked out very well. I will definitely use this hotel if I come back to Denmark for business trips.

This is a relatively new Hotel. It's well positioned to the airport and train and metro connections. The rooms are clean and spacious. I didn't eat here as the city centre is as short, cheap metro ride away.
