The room was clean and basic with everything you need, except you're not allowed more than 2 pillows per room, and you get a very blunt answer if you try and ask for more!
Based on the reviews we read here, we asked for a room facing the back/side of the hotel. We got a room facing the side and had no issues with noise whatsoever.
Wi-fi worked fine. Breakfast was ok - not worth it if you have to pay extra but ok if it's in with your room rate.
Location is good for the train station, Tivoli and Vesterbro. Nyhavn/the centre is about a 25 minute walk away or a quick bike ride.
Customer service was poor and we generally got very blunt, unhelpful responses to queries. We were also charged about £5 for printing a 2 page document.
This hotel is fine if you just want somewhere cheap and cheerful, provided you can get a cheap deal online!
