“Delicious wok food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

Despite its very touristic location, this place is a little gem, pretty affordable prices and good quality food + different juices to choose from. The fried rice with chicken and vegetables is yummy.

“Thai with a twist”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

This restaurant is owned and managed by the same people who have the Michelin starred Kliin Kliin and it is often used to try out new menu items. The "menu" (usually 350 kr) is fulling and changes regularly, the wine card is aimed to complementing the spicy asian influenced food. One of our favorites in CPH

“Go for lunch”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2013

This was the third of Hendrik's restaurants we visited and while it beats Dim Sum it is still about average. The central location is great and for a leisurely lunch it was actually pretty good. The lunch special is great value and the dishes were really tasty with good spice and fresh ingredients. Go al la carte and it is less successful. Some of the dishes like Thai crab cakes felt like they had just been defrosted and microwaved. Probably not but that's how they tasted. The lunch menu is the way to go. The staff were fine but the place is tired and could do with a good clean. Same as Dim Sum in that respect. Feels like the management team need take more visits and get these two restaurants up to scratch because there is a chasm between them and Kiin Kiin.

“Terrific Spot for Casual Asian”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

I have been to Ricemarket twice now and I can say without a doubt it is a great place to grab a casual meal. It is owned by the same people as the Michelin star rated Kiin Kiin and they have done a terrific job catering to the less formal crowd. I have visited Ricemarket three times, though once was just for the Aroii takeout (which is less expensive and very good).

Of the dishes I have tried the spicy beef and appetizer shrimp chips are my favorites. The chicken coconut curry is also quite good. A few negatives are the sweet and sour chicken (fried and overly sweet) and the service at the Norreport location is not great. Overall, it is a great place to go, I highly recommend it.

“Under average, bland, overpriced, bad service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

This alleged high-end Thai restaurant serves mixed cuisine food that is boring and bland. The staff consists of a bunch of rude Chinese waiters, who will start clearing the table, before you have finished a course.

I went there for a traditional Danish "julefrokost" with my company. The price was DKK600 for 7 courses and the majority of the courses consisted of nothing more than one very little dry springroll or a small chicken skewer. None of the courses were even remotely related to Thai cuisine. It was a joke.
