I have to state at the outset that I find Zleep chain, at best, a bit of a charlatan misleading establishment which promises a lot for a budget category of hotel but delivers very little, except perhaps frustration in spades. I had the (mis)fortune to stay at this hotel at least half a dozen times, strictly from necessity (ie to avoid getting up in the middle of the night when based in Århus, allowing for long distance even by car, not to mention the bus, to the Billund airport from Århus) and strictly due to its location, ie walking distance to the terminal. Reception is non-existent after 11pm, but at least on two occasions there was noone on hand after 10.30pm and one of those awful never functioning properly automaton machines had to be used, which sometimes takes money from your credit card twice and if you leave before 9am (which is reason you would be staying there at all, and before reception is staffed) you have noone to discuss your problem with. It is basic spartan hostel accommodation with no light block out, no proper noise protection (bring ear plugs), and on at least 3 occasions, insufficient bedlinen and towels in the room with, you guessed it, no reception to discuss it with. On the last (and hopefully very last) occasion I had to stay here, there was no, not one, pillow in my room, when I called some number eventually (note no phones in the rooms) the lady suggested I knock on the door next door and see if they have a spare one. Yes, this was for real. Horrid chain, horrid hotel, but at least this one is most of the time clean, unlike some of Zleep other establishments in Copenhagen. Stay here only if you really, really have no other option... At minimum 800kr to 1200kr a pop, its just bad value for money, and that is an understatement.
If you are booking through Zleep operator, ask for rooms facing away from the car park which is floo...
