Zleep hotels are no-frills outfits with a fairly basic style.
Rooms are clean and there's the option of a room for four with a pullout bed and a bunk over the top of the main bed. This makes it perfect for a family of four which can otherwise be tricky to book for. It's also cheap, especially when booked well in advance, and easy to book over the web. If you need a second room then watch what price that becomes available at - if it seems much higher then try phoning the company and asking if it's right. Smoking rooms do seem to be available too.
Breakfast is pretty basic and can get very busy. Nothing hot, but fresh bread and plenty of coffee, cheese, ham etc... Probably worth the price. And you get the view over the airport which is an excellent way of keeping kids amused, especially if they've been able to compare it with the model in Legoland!
Staffing levels are minimal and it can take a little while to check in - and watch that they don't get things confused. But this is one way they keep their prices down I guess. I think there's an automatic check-in point outside for use in the middle of the night. There's cheaper parking for customers in the airport car park, which is the only car park for the hotel.
There are downsides with this Zleep of course - staffing, parking, no restaurant etc... - but most of these are clear from the company website and, when it comes down to it, it's cheap and handy for both the airport and Legoland, which is ultimately going to be the reason you come here.
Oh, it has to be facing the airport if you can!
