First of all, Knapp is not only a restaurant, it's also a very special hotel. It's old, very old, you'll get a clear feeling of it when you arrive. The history goes back 173 years where it started as a mill for the local farmers. The milling was stopped and the place was transformed to - what it is today - a highly estimated meeting point.
And now for the food - Knapp doesn't have a Michelin Star, but it should have. The food deserves it. You can eat á la carte, our you can ask for the special gourmet dinners 3 course or 5 (if you can eat that much). Besides food and wine you'll also experience a very good service, not only proffesional, but also personal.
