This lovely restaurant is tucked away high on a hill on the road from Glossa. It is an absolute delight. With crisp white linen and stemmed glasses (both a rarity on the island) on a candlelit table overlooking the lights of Loutraki harbour and a stunning sunset, the position couldn't be bettered; there is a cocktail bar if you are so inclined. Antonis Maridakis, the owner, will tell you what dishes his wife Machi has cooked in the oven that day (choose her stunning lemon chicken and you will not be disappointed) and mysterious little mezes and fresh salads will arrive to tempt your palate while you wait. The ambiance is perfect: quiet and often with an international clientele, but there is no fuss, no pretention here; you are part of the family. A fantastic, really Greek, experience!!
