A very nice hotel, all the crew is very friendly and helpfull. A beautuful private beach, a good breakfast and the room was nice. the restaurant in the 4star hotel was more than perfect, and with very good prices. the service was excellent and the dishes were very tasty and interesting. The cleaning lady was ok, not something amazing, but all the rest was very good, according the time we were. The price was pretty good for july, but i believe for august it is expensive for what it offers. it is in general a very good hotel for families cause with all the private area and private beach it is a secure enviroment for them. Finally, unfortunately the water-sports team is not at all at the mood of the rest employers, they are unprepossessing and rude.

Room Tip: the hotel crew will help you choose the ideal room according your neeeds.

We have stayed in this hotel for total of 8 nights, only, unfortunately, at the beginning of September. After excellent vacation on Skiathos which we had two years ago we were looking for something similar and found a stunning hotel on a beautiful island in the same “neighborhood”.

Although Skopleos is next door the island offers a different experience and a different, individual twist to the Sporades theme. The island itself resembles a one giant forest when one looks at it from the see, I have never seen so much trees on an Greek island, and safe of Sri Lanka I have never seen so much vegetation on an island period. Due to abundance of pine trees one can enjoy a beautiful fragrance in the air constantly. Although the island is larger than Skiathos it seems that it is far less popular with tourists, due to which crowds are significantly smaller and we did not have a sensation that we are in a place which is dominated by tourists which was kind of nice. However at the same time island is not as tourist friendly as Skiathos was, due to which it is harder to move from around, if you do not rent a car. There is a bus however it is infrequent (cca. Every 40 minutes) and the last one lives at 20:00 from Glossa and from Skopelos town, which is quite early. Also although Skopelos town appears to be much larger than Skiathos it seems that it is much poorer in night life, even though it has its share of taverns and bars.

Adrina hotel is located near Panormos which is a small place located on the large beach which includes 5-6 taverns, several bars and couple of stores. Unfortunately roads do not have streets lights or sidewalks so walking at night from the hotel which is located on the hill some 15 minutes from Panormos could be unpleasant, be sure to at least have a good phone application if not a flash light if you intend to take evening strolls.
The hotel is on located right above a beautiful Adrina beach on the hill side and is composed of approximately 4 rows of bungalows which usually have 1 or two floors with 3 rooms on each floor. Due to its location most rooms have sea view, (with the exception of ground floor once located in top rows) although hotel does charge extra for a sea view, as far as I could comprehend sea view rooms are actually located closer to the sea, meaning that at the same time they are further away from the entrance and the main building where breakfast is served. Breakfast was in one word excellent, good diversity and delicious food, served on a large terrace with a stunning view. During breakfast you can ask for a bottle of water, price for 1l is 1.2 euros (0.7 euros for 1.5l in the local store). Room was a large one with a nice bathroom and a nice large terrace. Although we have requested a double bed we had two beds, however this was elegantly fixed with a nice addition which can be requested at the reception. Also room had a nice lcd tv which stayed off during our stay and couple of chairs and a table at the terrace, on top of this beach towels and slippers were also provided. Safe is located in the closet as is the refrigerator. The only minor issue/complaint/suggestion which we had was with the drawers located in the closet since they were completely useless due to the fact that they could not be extracted due to the closet door which could not be opened due to the entrance door’s knob. Hotel has a small bar and a nice restaurant located on the beach. We were in most cases satisfied with the food in the restaurants, especially with Adrina’s pork specialty, fish was also satisfactory although offering was somewhat limited. On top of this we were surprised to find two Serbian like dishes, burger with yogurt and souvlaki wrapped in bacon. However pushing of “local” Delphi bear is an ugly tourist trap since the 0.7 bottle costs 10 euros while at the same time price of 0.5l of Heineken beer is only 4 euros. Vine selection is also nice, and couple white vines which we have tried were nice enough and sufficiently chilled. Please bear in mind that restaurant’s kitchen is not opened during the entire day so late lunch might be in issue. On top of this water sports and boat renting is available, however one can find a much cheaper boat for rent in Panormos.

Adrina beach is a pebble one with sunbeds and sun umbrellas which were free for hotel’s guests. Water is beautiful shade of blue and is full of small to medium fish. Both left and right from this beach number of small beaches are located and we have swam in order to reach them every day, routs are excellent and water is beautiful. Kastani beach is also close and worth visiting, since it is as close to sand as you can find on this island, it is located two bus stops away.

We can definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a relaxing vacation in Sporades, although thrill seekers and party animals might find it not to their licking.

You will struggle to find something better than this.
From the friendly, helpful staff - to the setting and comfort.
It was five stars all the way.

Can not recommend this island and resort highly enough.

Even the small details were taken care of and you were free to enjoy and relax.

My wife and I can not say a negative word.

Enjoy.

Adrina Beach was simply wonderful. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and although usually cannot sit still while on holiday, barely left the hotel during our stay. We absolutely loved it - everything from the location, the views, the beautiful private beach, the comfortable rooms, restaurant with delicious lunches and dinners and above all the staff, who even after such a short stay, were like a big family and could not do enough for you. It was 6 days of pure relaxation and peace and without doubt, we will return one day. We can´t say one bad word about our stay.

Adrina is a beautiful place nestled in a wonderful setting. Not to be confused with Adrina Spa Resort which is nearby. The atmosphere is peaceful and allows you to relax and make the most of everything that is offered. The pool, the beach, the accommodation and the service are all excellent. The staff was friendly welcoming and helpful. Our room had a magnificent view of the pool, beach and part of the island. The room itself was bright, clean, comfortable and well serviced. They have an area near the pool where you can have lunch, dinner, get snacks or just have a drink. The staff at reception were very helpful and obliging when we had an internet issue. It is a great place for a family or couples to stay.
Adrina is within walking distance to the small village of Panormos which has great places to eat.
I would happily go there again and recommend it to others. It is a great place to unwind after a hectic holiday.

Located at a very privileged place, run by real professionals creating an atmosphere of absolute hospitality and relaxation, perfect food, I can only wish to have health to go there all following summers till I cannot move....(although the hotel will find a solution to this as well...)
