“Not as good as expected”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

The restaurant was recommended to us by good Greek friends, who know the island well, as the best restaurant in town. Unfortunately, our great expectations were not fulfilled. The "freshly fried" starter was cold. The same applied to the main dish. The owner was nice and tried to recscue the situation. However, we were disappointed.

“High Quality Seafood”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

This restaurant is a short stroll along the coast from the harbour and has a very scenic outlook.

The service is excellent and when not sure of what fish to select for dinner, the waiter kindly took us to the fridge to show what was on offer. He suggested the best fish for grilling and frying and weighed them in front of us so we knew the price there and then.

When served the fish were excellent and incredibly tasty. Being Spetses the price was a little more than some other islands however if you are after a great seafood restaurant then this is the place.

“Couldn't have been happier!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

While in an expensive island like Spetses, where a traditional greek salad would cost up to 8.5 euro (first time i've seen this in my life, and i've travelled all over Greece!), this place was just paradise. Great friendly service, great location with outstanding view and above all great and reasonably priced food. Me and my friend had the prawn pasta, a greek salad, fresh green beans (Mom, i'm sorry, but those were the best I've had in my life!) and fish cooked with the traditional local recipe (A la Spetsiota, which by the way was simply delicious). The portions were generous, the taste outsanding and the prices quite reasonable for the area, given we only paid 38 euro and in any other restaurant we saw on our way to the beach, with that kind of money we would have probably only got two dishes instead of four!!!!
All in all, I'm really tempted to go again before I leave Spetses... Good job! You should most definitely try it!!!!

“Another year and another grerat meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013

They certainly know how to prepare and cook seafood, delicious.

We had a mixture of seafood and vegetarian dishes and they were excellent, the baked feta was very nice. This restaurant is always busy and sometimes you may have to wait, but only for a few minutes, believe me though, it is definitely worth the wait. Will come here again.
