“good but very expensive”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff. The food is generally good- greek flavours, occasionally with an alternative touch. However, the portions are small but the prices are high, even for the drinks, particularly beers and tsipouro.
Location is an advantage, next to the Byzantine Walls and a park. It can be crowded if you go later in the evening.

“Interesting and tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013 via mobile

In a hot Synday noon we were wondering around in the old town and stopped there for a tsipouro. A very polite young girl served us and recommend fava (really good) and liver (extraordinary). Salads where fresh and tasty. Although we found it a bit expensive (especially the spirits) It was a place that I would visit again to try its other other dishes.

“Small cafe-ouzeri inside the walls”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

If you are visiting the castle walls at Ano Poli, you should make a stop and have a coffee or ouzo and meze at this small place. Nice food and ouzo and a relaxed atmosphere in a peaceful part of the city.
The only con is that is somehow pricey for its kind..

“Could be a little better”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

Good Food, Nice place, Slow servise. Also a bit crowded and that's why they were slow but still, I believe they could do a lot better. The waiter (who btw in Greece is always a university student and not a proffesional -but that's another story) was slow and not in the mood to help the customers. The value for the food was unequal too. I believe its way too overpriced fot the small portions of their food.
