“Great hotel right in the city center”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

The hotel is situated on the main street (Egnatia) not far from the Aristotilus Square and St.Dimitrius church. The bus stop is just around the corner. There is also a supermarket on the naighbor street.
The reeom was cleaned every day. The bathroom was tidy.
All in all, good quality for 2 star hotel.

Room Tip: If you need a quite room, choose the one that faces the inner yard as the Egnatia street is rather n...

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable with air condition, fridge, tv and hair drier. It has four places for free parking that are supervized by the receptionists. It was the reason why we chose this hotel. Breakfast is great. I read in another review that someone suggested not to take breakfast. Please, don't follow that advise. There are boiled eggs, cheese, salami, greek yoghurt, peaches in syrup and other sweets, cereals, coffee and tea, water and orange juice. The last one was not good but the rest was excelent and the price is only around 1.5€ extra per person.
I have seen pictures of the room toilets at other reviews and I have to said in my room (nº 210) the toilet was very big and brand new and the room was very quiet because it had no window looking to the main street but to an internal patio. I guess it is better to see a couple of rooms before deciding in wich one to stay.

The hotel is in near the city and and you can enjoy the beautiful place around it and that's all. The building is very old and fully depreciated with small rooms and a bathroom where you can not turn around. It was the only hotel that we found rooms because all the other hotels were fully occupied because of a international exhibition in these days. The staff is ok and very helpful and we use and the free parking of the hotel

Very good hotel to explore the city of Thessaloniki. Close to all sights and to the market. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Nice bathroom, could be a little more spatious...The breakfast was basic, but enough, I would recommend more fresh fruit, at least in seasons when there is plenty of fruit in Greece.

The only good things about this "hotel", are the relatively good location, good(free) wi-fi and the room price... Beside this, nothing is in order with this property : old building, unrenovated walls-bathroom, small rooms, old furniture and carpet, horrible breakfast, small parking. And last but not least, i understand is situated around the center of a happy city , but this the hotel is one of the noisiest i ever stayed !
It may be a choice , but just for 1 night !

Good: Central location, close to all downtown attractions.
Tolerable: Bathroom was not so bad, it was not dirty and contained all necessary items, but not more than that.
Bad: Dirty room floor. Old room furniture, some bulbs did not work. The room windows face a wall on about meter distance, not possible to see a sky at all. The breakfast restaurant is a size of a room, the breakfast is awful.

Room Tip: I guess rooms with a street view are a bit more tolerable.
