“paradise appartments 2012 AMAZING HOLIDAY ,BEST EVER”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2012

Me and friends went for one week to this resort , when we arrived our reaction was WOW it looks o nice and compared to all the places the transfer bus stopped off at we all agreed that paradise looked the nicest. the staff there was very friendly and polite.
the apartments were in the best location as you walk out of the gates you can see the beach and to your left is the main strip with shops bars and resturantes , and for those who like nightlife the bars turns into clubs after late ( 12, 1ish ) and were open until roughly 5 or 6 in the morning ... a brilliant place for families and couple and a fab place for groups of friend also.
down the strip their are a few different excursion places where you can choose to do things from . i RECOMENED THEOS BBQ BOAT TRIP , was a relaxing day with some fun exciting surprises along the way ;) again good for everyone from families to couples to groups of youths. the girls and myself have decided this is defiantly a place we are coming back to again , next time in July tho as apparently there is a big club which opens in late June that we want to try out next time :) .
FOOD
food was great and very fairly priced too :P
POOL
2 pools , 1 huge pool which was amazing , had a juccuzi in the corner too
then another pool which was a curved shape which was slightly smaller and not so deep either

Room Tip: all the rooms should be quiet to be honest , didnt hear a thing where we were . and every room has a...

We stayed here for 1 week. Staff were very helpful and friendly, however rooms very basic but clean. Food/drink very reasonable priced in the pool/hotel bar. All apartments have pool views. Very close to shops/bars but not noisey. Pools were good size and cleaned everyday. There were always sun loungers available round pools. Good holiday and would recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent at this hotel and very friendly/helpful! Food at pool bar and paradise restaurant was lovely. Rooms were clean however basic and a bit small for four adults sharing. Pools were a great size and were clean. We had a great holiday apart from the weather as it rained for 3 and a half days! These apartments definitely enhanced our holiday and would recommend to anyone wanting and enjoyable, relaxing holiday!

Room Tip: Request for a sunny balcony as ours didn't have any throughout the day.

The hotel itself was actually quite nice.. The restaurant however was another story..Although the food was good the staff were unpleasant, obnoxious and rude... Being busy it NOT an excuse

When we arrivied at the hotel we were shown to our 1 bed room apartment which had all the amenities we were expecting and more! we were hoping to have a balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor but we had a terrace however it wasnt a huge disapointment all of the appartments DO have pool views. The pool area was kept clean and you could go down to the pool whenever you wanted and you would always get a sunbed the only complaint we had was that you are not aloud any food or drink bought outside the hotel around the pool and the at the bar in the hotel a soft drink was about 2 euros 50 so quite expensive. Its only 2 minutes walk to the main strip of sidari which has many resturants we would recomend memories and greek village as you can sit overlooking the beach watching the sunset we took some lovely pictures there!! The beach is only a minute walk down the road we stopped for the first week in september and the sea was like stepping into a hot bath although there was alot of seawead in the sea!!! overall we had a fantastic holiday!!!

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left , the staff and the support staff are excellent we wanted for nothing, the restaurant on the site and belonging to the hotel is the best in Sidari, with "Greek Dancing Twice a week" but you will need to book early to avoid disappointment, the place is immaculate and well kept, the pools are larger than average, one been a leisure pool the other more a swimming pool with a jacuzzi fitted; The main strip is located just 500 meters from the reception and has all the shops & bars you could ask for, there is a beach with the usual beach sports and boats available, & sunbeds are (Free) as long as you purchase your drinks from the supporting bar. there are two larger supermarkets at the opposite end of the strip I would recommend you go there and stock you fridge out as there are two/three Euro s cheaper than the local Scrontos, but as for the Holiday experience it's self "Fantastic" ,"Brilliant", thank you

P.S Eleanor & Maria wait-on you hand & Foot serving drinks, club sandwiches, all day and night, they deserve a medal , Thank You.

places to eat, Three little pigs but avoid Greek dancing night, service slow very slow, Sea Breeze is OK,Calypso is good, eat the specials if you can there good value for money,
DO NOT EAT AT THE" FRUIT DE MARE" expensive and the food not good............

Car-hire do your sums? We hired for three day's 2 cars for 180 Euro's (all in) this was cheaper than an all in trip to Aqualand (Well Worth a Visit) , there was 9 in our group. A visit to the monastery at paleo is also a good visit as is the town of Paleo, A must is Corfu Town but again watch the pennies you can eat & drink for cheaper look in the back street,s the further you get into the town the more expensive it is; but it,s worth a trip out, go early morning it's less hassle and easier to park.3 Euro's all day.

If there is a downside; the Mosquitoes are a bit free with there biting but that's all.
Plus it's bloody cold when you come back to the UK.......
Fully recommended we will be going back, Fantastic.............................

Room Tip: All the rooms have a balcony to the pool areas.

I and my partner have just come back from a week’s stay at the paradise hotel in Sidari. The hotel is lovely, and believe we made a create choice when booking this hotel.
The air conditioning cost us 60 euro for the one week and 7 euro for the safety deposit box which is located in the 24 hour reception area. The air conditioning is only on at certain times of the day from 8am till 10am, 3pm till 7pm and then 9pm till 5:30am. Also for the air conditioning to work all doors and windows must be shut. Please note that we were unable to switch the air conditioning off at a night time or adjust the temperature which can get a little chilly during the night. The rooms are equipped with a kettle oven, cooker top and all of kitchen utensils needed to cook a range of food.
The hotel does have its own restaurant where you get 10% off meals as well as free bottle of wine. The rose wine that I had was by far the best in Sidari and the food was also one of the best we tasted in the resort however the portions are rather small compared to other restaurants. We found that eating breakfast outside of the hotel was better you tend to get a better range as well as large portion sizes. All in all for a full English breakfast you will normally pay €4.50 that includes unlimited tea or coffee as well as fresh orange and jam and toast. However if you walk around towards the Canel del Amour end you will find places like Faggins bar a lot cheaper approx €1.50. I think the meals were reasonable toasties, sandwiches, and jacket potatoes were no more that €3.50 and main meals were no more than €8. All of the restaurants had specials where you could get three courses for €7.50. However, if you want to drink any international branded beverages you will pay more. Local beer was around €1.90 for a large bottle (in paradise hotel also) however for example Foster would cost you at least €4 a pint as well as any other bottles or single measured spirits. A glass of wine was around €3.50.
If you want to sit around the pool on your holiday please make sure you set your alarm early we didn’t the first day and found it very hard to get a sunbed. Nobody actually starts to go around the pool till around 10.30am but all of the sunbeds are taken by nine (this maybe due to the fact we travelled in peak season). There is current music played all day around the pool. The hotel does have a quiz night, a bingo night and on a Sunday a Greek night. The other nights music is played. The staff at the hotel are first class you don’t have to move an inch if you don’t want to. They work extremely hard and really did help us enjoy are holiday!
I would definitely recommend this holiday to families, couples and friends that are looking for a chilled hotel that is not far from all of the action.

****make sure you take something that contains a lot of DEET to keep the mozzies away. People were walking around with so many bites and will spoil your holiday. it is mainly at a night time you will find it a problem in toilets ect!!****
