Spent two weeks at Stars in July this year, had a great time, St George in Cofu is a lovely place. If your a beach lover, its only 10mins walk from the apartments (not far at all) it's a sandy beach and very safe,you can walk out into the sea for miles, and the water is still only up to your waist, or you can laze by the pool at Star's which is very peacefull and relaxing and as a added bonus your only a couple of steps away from your apartment. There's also a restaraunt on hand serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner which all the food is 1st class, all the fruit, vegatables and herbs come fresh from the garden, what ever your taste's are Kosta's and Mila will always accomodate you ( if it's not on the menu, you only need to ask).
The apartment's are really clean (thanks to Maria) and are very well equipped. If it's just a totally relaxing week your after there really is no need to stray from the apartment's. Kosta's puts on his own entertainment at night Karoke, bingo, greek night etc (but all with a twist, nothing was ever straightforward,but highly amusing) We all had a really good laugh and met some really nice people, some who have been holidaying at Stars for many year's If you feel like a change at night all the restaurants (which all served good food)and bars are 10mins walk away. I have got to say Kosts's really made my holiday, for his humour, generosity and helpfulness, stars is a family run buisiness and they all pull together to ensure your holiday is one to remember, and mine certainly was, i shall return, and i give a very special thankyou to Kosta's, Mila and family.
