The owner of the complex is Rula and available non-stop, speak tarzan english but understands everything, and with a little charm and learned some Greek word you can looking for anything you want. Loves the Serbs, the Serbs came a bit, mostly British, Swedes, Norwegians, Germans ... The complex is super designed and maintained very well, she rub the pool every evening and poured chlorine in the evening, in front of the room also rub every morning and every room the next morning, also towels for two days, sheets of 4 days. Food is a super in complex and is much cheaper than in town, I recommend that always grub lunch in complex, because Rula (the owner) kept 17 years a restaurant, and now holds her brother. British drunk and sober when returning from town about 2-3 a.m., they jump and scream in the pool naked and nearest room where the pool, can pray to God that the English have little, a real pain in the ... and features undesirability. You wannt be disappointed if you go, I'll be resting MAXIMUM!

P.S. POZDRAV ZA RULU(VLASNICU KOMPLEKSA), NIKI(VLASNICU KUCE DO KOMPLEKSA I VLASNICU PREDIVNE BASTE IZ KOJE SMO JELI DOMACI PARADAJZ I KRASTAVAC SVAKO JUTRO :) ), ZA MARINU PREDSTAVNICU AGENCIJE FIBULA(MAKEDONIJA, KOJA JE PRAVILA DRUSTVO SVAKI DAN) I VLADU PREDSTAVNIK AGENCIJE FIBULA SRBIJA KOJI JE BIO ZADUZEN ZA NAS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

just got back from a wonderful 2 week stay at lord complex. we have read a few bad reviews about the place but cant understand them at all. roula looks after you when you stay here and she does a dam good job. it is very basic but we found it clean and well cared for. the gardens and pool area are wonderful and the bar is just what you need after lying in the sun. the food is good and the beer cold!! say no more.
location wise - it takes about 20 mins to walk into the main area of tavernas and bars but there are watering holes along the way. the food in this resort is some of the best we have had in greece and we have been holidaying there for about 27 years. makis, the balcony ( which belongs to roulas brother demitre) rouvalus and panarama to name but a few are excellent and kazzoo bar is brilliant with an american called tim as the owner.
in the end you cannot help who is staying where you have booked a holiday. we had a few serbs and they were brill so you cannot blame roula for that . her dog bella is also a little poppet. i would hate to think i would not be going back here again . hope this helps

This hotel was terrible.
On arrival We were greeted and the staff were very friendly. We were taken to our rooms which were awful, the room had Mosquitos + flies in it. Throughout my entire hotel the only time I got bitten by mosquito was when I was in that room. There were cats in our room, and cat hair all over the bed, the bathroom was covered in mould .. It was awful experience, we immediately left the hotel and went and stayed in blue diamond which was situated around all the shops, restaurants and beach. It was cheaper a lot cheaper and better than lord complex. I recommend anyone to stay there ! It's a good value for money ! Loved our holiday once we moved hotels !

We 've just returned from a week here (our first holiday to Greece for seven years - it was great to be back!). We travelled with two seven year olds who loved the pool area and the swings in the garden. The apartments were quiet and although basically equipped were kept spotlessly clean. Rula (the owner) keeps the apartments, gardens and pool in excellent condition and is an extremely welcoming and obliging host, treating you more like a friend than a tourist. The nearby beaches are sandy and the sea shallow, making it great for children. The main restaurants and bars are about fifteen minutes walk away, but there are some closer and Rula also has a broad menu available at the apartments. Several of the guests during our stay had been returning for years and we can understand why as Rula makes your holiday so easy.

Lord Complex/Bosnian Refugee camp .Sept 2011
Day 1: Disappointment with room. Springs sticking out of mattresses, bathroom sliding door won’t slide open or shut. I took it upon myself to repair it. Water from room above constantly dripping onto our veranda making the chairs, table and floor wet. We asked to be moved but were told that they were fully booked.
Day 2/3: We just put up with the room and didn’t spend much time in it.
Day4: A coach arrived and about 30-40 Bosnian Serbs of all ages stepped out complete with Aldi bags. From this point on things just got worse. The younger made a beeline for the ping pong table which was right outside our veranda and continuously played till 12:30 at night then gathered round the pool with a radio until 05:30 in the morning. We and the other Brits complained to Rula the owner/cleaner/bar worker/cook and she had a word with them. This had no effect and the Bosnian tour guide was called round who talked to them. The older Serbs now settled in and firmly established around the pool during the day and in the gardens at night completely took over. The next day to our amazement another coach arrives and another large group of Serbs this time all about 16-18 years old. After another sleepless night we asked again to be moved and we were put in a room further away from the pool. After repairing the sliding door in this room and putting blankets on the beds to cover the springs we found ourselves at the back of the appt block were the majority of the Serbs had been put, we were in fact outside all of their toilets and could hear every bowl movement and everything else that went on in their toilets throughout the day and night. The next day there was a lot of shouting from within the Serb community and it turned out that one Serbs meat that he brought with him had gone off because the fridge in his room wasn’t working. He broke into another room and took the fridge out. By this time the Bosnian Tour Rep wanted to call the police but Rula said it would be bad for business
Around the pool area they dowsed themselves in olive oil then jumped into the pool which was now firmly under their control, leaving the pool a murky brown colour.
The other Brits staying rarely ventured into the Bar/pool area any more as it was just not peacfull. We spent now most of our time at another hotel pool and dreaded coming back in the evenings.
When we booked the hotel, I looked on- line beforehand and there was only nice things said about the Hotel and the Advert for the Hotel was ‘Small quiet family run hotel’ which to me conjures up peace and quiet. Not a Refugee camp. On the last day we were being picked up at 19:10 and Rula wanted another 25Euros of us to keep our bags in the room otherwise vacate at 12:00.
Our worst holiday ever! Stay away
John now at home in Lovely Cornwall

Just got back from LORD COMPLEX having spent 10 happy days and would like to thank RULA, FAY and BELLA for making our holiday the best ever to this lovely place. Nothing was too much trouble and even on the last day, the cleaner FAY whisked us 2 miles to pick up the transfer coach to the airport in her own car. Excellent location.

Great welcome, yet again. The basic accommodation is more than made up for by the friendly atmosphere in the complex. All of the rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and the gardens are well maintained. We love Roula and her excellent assistant Fortini The food is amazing and the club sandwich is to die for!
The sunsets are unmissable. St George is a lovely friendly resort with excellent restaurants. If you want to promenade, enjoy good food and a wonderful sandy beach, this is the place for you. We will certainly return next year.
