It's a worrying adventure finding this place as it is located in the old part of town in a very narrow street with some nearby buildings looking shabby from the outside. Hold your nerve and continue on as it is worth it!
The decor is superb, done in antique furnishings and fabrics. The overall tone is dark timber and lavish accessories. The owners are more than helpful along with their employees too.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a Deluxe Double Room-Attic. The booking engine states that the room has views over Lake Pamvotida which may overstate your expectations. It has a small view of the lake over rusty rooftops with a power line intersecting it so it's not exactly something to spend a lot of time contemplating.
Breakfast was quite good also, with a heavy accent on sweet Greek breakfast dishes and served downstairs in a charming layout.
I would also caution that the bathroom has sloping beams in it at the very spot where one stands before the basin so if you are more than say 165cm tall your head would be in constant danger. Curiously the bathroom lighting is limited to the sink area so the shower is in dark relief. Perhaps this is so you don't notice that the shower door leaks water on the floor.
Overall the property is still great, one of those memorable adventure properties!
