“Nice hotel...beautiful location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013

Perfect location..not exactly right on the beach but pretty much...fifty feet or so from the hotel...Very nice area..nice clean rooms....Awesome breakfast..I cant remember the lady who served us name, but she was one of the nicest people I have ever met....Served us an awesome breakfast and was very attentive to everything we needed. She also makes some pretty damn good marmalade! Hotel is situated next to some good restaurants too..

We checked in for two nights. We got a taxi from the port which cost about 13 euros. Check in was quick, easy, and very friendly. The room was nice and bright, modern, and clean - with a small balcony overlooking the back end of the courtyard. As such you can't really fault the rooms or the service. The breakfast was fairly average with a small selection (though the breakfast attendant was lovely and very friendly and helpful). The fitness room was small and could use some more weights but I have seen worse. The WIFI was extremely frustrating working only sometimes. The hotel is right on the beach - but I would recommend walking to the next beach over the peninsula with the small church (to the left) as it is a lot more peaceful and secluded.

We stayed at Iria Beach in July 2013 with 2 kids aged 11 &13. The hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly and always eager to help. Location is a real winner!!! It is located literally on the beach. Parking is off sight about 2min walk, but wasn't an issue at all. Our room had 2 balconies. One was overlooking the beach on top of the restaurant, the other was private, great for sunbathing. Sandy beach is family friendly. Would absolutely come back to this island and hotel again if ever travelling to Greece.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights end of June and couldn't recommend it highly enough. So close to the beach you can hear the waves lapping, the room was modern and well appointed, bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very warm and welcoming , but especially the lady who serves the lovely breakfast and also the lady who was pregnant behind the desk. The only downside was that some of the gym equipment was out of order, other than that it couldn't be faulted and was a great pick for our stay in Naxos.

Room Tip: The higher rooms have more outside space.

A stay in the SUBLIME suite in May 13 can best be summed up by the name "SUBLIME":.
At the start of a 10 week trip, it was the best intro to a life of leisure.
Beautiful.....hotel,suite,people who were more than just staff, breakfast, location.
It was a perfect place to stay in an area that was just pre season, so it was pretty quiet. Perfect!
Away from any noise but close to the beach in front of the resort as well as the big main one.
Lots of places were still closed so we ate mainly in the in-house restaurant; sounds boring but NO, it was great.
I would make sure this great small resort was part of my next stay in Greece.

Room Tip: Pay a little more and go for a suite or top level!

I have stayed here with friends and family on several occaisons. I remeber the hotel and service as very good. The location is also perfect; your are a few meters from agia anna beach and away from the main road that in the peak season could be quite noisy with buses, cars, ATV etc. the hotel has also a ticket office for ferries, excurions etc.
The only downside is that it's maybe the most expencive hotel in agia anna. But if you have the money to spend for it so stay here with good conscience!

Room Tip: Get a room at the first floor or higher with seaview and veranda!

10 meters from a lovely beach the team at Iria Beach Hotel are fantastic. Nothing too much trouble for them. Some good restaurants nearby too.Our room was airy spacious with mosquito screens on the window and good air con. Bathroom great with a powerful double shower.

Room Tip: We had a room on the ground floor on the beach side. Perfect for us.
