“Perfect location, great hotel.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

We are currently staying here and very happy with our choice. Our first contact was at the port. Our privately arranged transfer driver had not arrived and the driver from the resort bus kindly fitted us in. The reception staff and indeed all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very impressive lobby and reception areas. Our room while not big has been perfectly fine. We did not come all the way from Australia to spend all day in our room. It is clean, functional and has all we need - well almost, I do miss having a clock (or digital alarm clock) so I can see the time.

Having just read through some previous reviews, I can say our room is not 'tired' in any way and there IS free wi-fi, I am using it to type this on my iPad. The breakfasts are good, plenty to choose from, the pool clean and inviting. The beach so close. The location is perfect not in the busiest part of town but so close to everything, just a few minutes walk. Heaps of cafes and restaurants, we would love to stay longer but unfortunately need to leave in 2 days time.

Nice and clean air-conditioned rooms with a minimalist décor appropriate for the Cycladic Islands. It is located at the edge of the small town, less than 10 minutes stroll to the center and less than 50 meters from the Άγιος Γεώργιος (St. George) beach. It also has a large and very inviting pool area, meticulously maintained.

The beach is in a cove, separated from the busy port of the town, so the water was exceptionally clean and warm. Please note that the hotel does not have its own beach area. One gets beach towels from the pool and walks to the beach where there is an independent cafe-restaurant with umbrellas and beach chairs (albeit you have to rent them for 8 euros a day).

The included breakfast buffet was of good quality, as it usually is in better Greek hotels, and the restaurant fare was also very good. The hotel hosted musical events at the bar-pool area at evenings which were very pleasant and relaxing.

The staff was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.

Overall this is a very relaxing and pleasant place, great location and good value. I would gladly visit again.

This was a great resort. We honestly cannot fault it in any way, the breakfast, the staff, the location, the grounds and the rooms were all just great!!!
Walking distance to town and the beach and many restaurants.
Great value hotel in more ways than one...
The pool and pooside drinks were just awesome.
Don't hesitate you won't be dissapointed.
Did I mention the beautiful and caring staff...

Just what you want on holiday a nice, pleasant hotel where you can relax and unwind with no hassle. A modern and clean pool which just invites you to jump in. Outdoor bar and area for chilling out. Room was a touch on the small side but fine for the few days we stayed.

What really makes this hotel is the staff, other hotel please note. The circuit breaker tripped at one stage and it took 10 minutes in the dark for the staff to reactivate it. In the meantime the duty manager came along to apologise repeatedly and bring us a free drink and even offered to move us to a new room if they couldn't fix it quickly.

Great thing about this hotel is is very close to the beach and the centre of Naxos so you can be in a restaurant in no time. Naxos was great too, easily my best Greek island to date. Normal people and lots of Greeks too so you don't feel like a tourist. It's nice to write a positive Trip Advisor review for a changes and I'd definitely go back to this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms near the pool bar are noisier but from what I remember the music stops at a reasonable time.

Great place nice pool, nice food at the restaurant and right in the center of town!! Only down fall was the room was a little small and dark would have preferred a little larger room but then I did book on a booking gent site so you usually get the worst rooms!!!

Staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was lovely!!

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to town and adjacent to the beach. The Lobby, restaurant and pool areas are magnificent and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, expecting a room overlooking the pool, we were allocated two overlooking a garden undergoing renovation. Although this proved an advantage when a wedding reception in the restaurant was still going at 5 am. The rooms are rather tired and in urgent need of new paint, curtains and bedspreads. The curtains were falling off the rails and the bead spreads were threadbare to the point of getting one's hands caught in the loose threads. The bathroom also needed an upgrade. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but not of the high standard in which we stayed on Sifnos, Paros and Santorini. But again, great location and fantastic staff. Despite the rooms, I would stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the pool, otherwise you will be relegated to one overlooking the gardens...

This hotel has a brilliant pool and bar area - and has the perfect location, just a stone's throw from the beach. It is also very close to bars, restaurants and cafes in the main town itself.

Staff were very professional and helpful and the breakfast was a great way to set you up for the day.

The only negative was that our room didn't have a great view but this wasn't a big issue.

Room Tip: Request a pool-facing room, or one on a higher floor.
