This hotel comes highly recommended. It offers everything you would wish of a 4 star hotel: friendly staff always willing to help, immaculate facilities (they even clean and paint over stains on walls and ceiling, wipe dust off shutters on a daily basis), the pools and the bar area are perfect to relax on a long chair and have a snack or a cocktail drink. The rooms are furnished with style and elegance. We stayed in suite 103 which directly faces the beach few meters away. Everything is brand new at the hotel, with a free internet access room and a spa which just opend . Breakfast is a full american buffet with homebaked cakes, eggs (omelettes, sunny side up), cereals, yoghurt, meats, cheeses etc... You can choose to eat inside (kind of dark--my least favorite room of the hotel) or outside by the pool.
The hotel restaurant located steps away from the hotel ("Three brothers") is family run and has excellent food with a great terrasse.
The only problem I had was with the reservation but they fixed it very nicely by upgrading us to a suite (and I think the person who made a mistake was fired). Also the transfer I had arranged for our arrival at the port failed and we had to take a taxi but you can tell they try very hard to accomodate you even if they don't always succeed. I would just recommend any future traveller to make sure they get a reservation number and ensure the transfer request has been recorded a few days before arrival.
We would definitely consider returning to this hotel which offers great service for the price.
