Short thus very informative excursion of how the traditional product of Crete - olive oil - has been made through centuries. In this little farm you can see ancient olive oil squeezer run by donkey (it wasn't there, no :)), then similar squeezer run by German diesel in 20th century, and at the end - the modern machine that is run now.
What others write about Joanna - all true :) when a person like her shows around there is no doubt you're gonna love her, excursion and, of course, olive oil. Surely, you can buy one at the exit for really good prices - make sure you have room in your baggage! ;) From my side I would definitely go for planned visit with some coffee break and Greek salad with freshly made olive oil - that would be a great added value to this excursion.
