Where to start from???!!!! Hospitality is the relationship between the guest and the host, unfortunately there was no relationship at all. The service was very bad, impolite and in a way that we felt very uncomfortable. As a result we spent every day only few hours there, late at night in the hotel's veranda having drinks and we never tried their cuisine. To be honest there were 2 people kind with us, those that were running the hotel's canteen.
Apart from the hospitality, our room was horrible: they changed our towels only once (in 7days staying there) and the toilets' drainage needed to be fixed.
In addition we had an unexpected visitor... a cockroach, but this was not a big problem; I understand that all the area had that kind of problems. An issue arises when the service reacts showing no real attention and offered us an insectiside spray in order to help ourselves.
In the end, I would like to mention that there is a great +++, which is the cost. It was really cheap and we were prepared for not great facilities or other luxurious comforts. Nevertheless, I think that hospitality and housekeeping has nothing to do with paying a lot or not.
It is a pity for a hotel being placed in a wonderful area like this not to satisfy their customers.
