We have just arrived home, and are we glad to do so, The hotel was very poor, in fact we had the hotel nearly to our selves. Mini market was not even open or looked like it had no stock for some time, we had both pools to our selves for days, it only got busy on the weekend with the locals. No entertainment at all during the day and night. The staff where fantastic and very friendly and very keen to help but the management was not so. we paid a lot of money for full board but as the days past the items that we should of got in the package seemed to change on a daily basis, i.e alcoholic drinks and soft drinks seems to be down to the manager at the time and what mood he was in. Rooms were tidy and kept clean. Food at the pool bar had to be paid for as well as a assortment of drinks. We had to hire a car because the hotel had nothing on, if it wasn't for us the pool bar and pools would have been empty. The site advertised a kids club which wasn't even open, pools where dirty, Light fittings where dangerous, toilet didn't flush. No air con in the hotel reception area if you wanted to watch TV, or play so called games. No satellite channels apart from the normal Greek TV that was promised. tennis courts are crap, as well as the table tennis, we had to go and buy some new bats and balls to play with. pool table was rubbish. One last note the food was the same nearly every day for two weeks,
I would not recommend this hotel to no one.
