First time I visited this restaurant in April 2012 when we arrived in the hotel in the morning but did not manage the time for the breakfast. So we went to Elounda to find some food. Vachus was one of the few open restaurants at that time of the day and year. Ordered some meze to take away - and liked very much.
In August 2013 went there for lunch and were impressed by the tomato soup served - that was the best we ever tried. Returned there 2 more times - for another lunch and a farewell dinner. Dimitris (the restaurant co-owner) suggested we order goat (the way they make it for Easter.
