This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long while. A 4 star hotel with 5 star service. We were greeted at the airport by a chauffeur arranged by the hotel, upon arrival we were met by Eva from the hotel who showed us to our room. The room had an amazing view of the port with a small balcony with table and chairs. It was quite hot in Chania but the air conditioning worked beautifully in the split level room. In the room there was everything you could possibly need, we were pleasantly surprised. After some recommendations from Eva for food and sites to visit we had dinner at Palazzo which was great. The next day we were given a Cretan feast for breakfast it was probably the best hotel breakfast we ate on the trip. Would definitely stay again!
