We stayed for 5 nights at Palazzo Duca and we really enjoyed it!The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and very good value for money. The location is ideal, close to both the old harbor and bus station and all good restaurants are around!Staff was very friendly, willing to provide information and make suggestions.Would highly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I visited the hotel, The hotel is brand new and looks amazing, clean and with great facilities in the suits.

Its location is right in the middle of the old city of Chania, so you'll get to be in the center all of the time (and don't worry, the room is still quite :)

The owner and the rest of the staff are just wonderful - they have so much knowledge and patience- so they explained to us about actually everything there is to know on Chania.

We really recommend this hotel !

I stayed for three nights at Palazzo Duca in the heart of the old town of Chania. I can only repeat the other Tripadvisor reviews. It is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are light and airy, it is kept immaculately clean, the rooms smell wonderful when you walk into them. The little kitchenette area increases your options and the fridge was really useful. George is absolutely charming and makes his guests feel really welcome. The bed was amazing too. A really great place to stay if you are looking for a central location in Chania and I would definitely go back.

If you go to Chania stay there! Best rooms, take the Junior Suite (perfect) you feel like in heaven also because of the very good bed! Very friendly staff and best place in the old town directly near good restaurants in the small streets and also 50m to the old habour.
Also we stayed only one night there, it was very great.
Parking: No problem take the public parking place on the seaside and walk short 5min into the old town and parking is free.

Fantastic experience.......gentleman front of desk friendly and welcoming. We travelled with 2 teenage daughters and rented 2 apartments. Very very clean, spacious, and attention to detail just perfect (recent renovation of a classic old building, only open for a few months when we visited). Towels and bedlinen good quality. We did not use the kitchenette facilities.......too many wonderful cretan tavernas right on our doorstep in old town Chania.......fridge came in useful for drinks storage. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch, as was the leaving present, olive oil and raki. Will definately stay again if we are lucky enough to find it not fully booked.

It's a NEW boutique hotel in the middle of the old port... the rooms are beautiful and the service is very good as well. The owner is friendly and helpful. We got upgraded the second night to the bigger suite and it was amazing!!! It's worth it, and it's also very confortable.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels I've ever stayed in! Clean with a great interior and in the heart of Chania's old town. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us in a bigger room the second night just because he liked us! Definitely worth every penny paid, which compared to what you get is quite cheap!
