As a family of four, we were craving something different to the great Greek food we have had so far, so we decided to try the only Chinese in town.
Funny little setting, with a small doorway that leads in to an open courtyard with seating, with restaurant at the side of it, with its own seating of course. Initially we decided to sit outside as inside had no air on, but because of the time of night, we felt the Mosquitos were out, so we decided to move indoors, which was lovely and not a problem to the staff.
We ordered a mixed starter and four separate mains (chicken curry, beef curry, chicken satay and chicken with ginger and spring onion. All absolutely gorgeous. A point to note as well, was the way they serve the beer. Totally icy glasses, frosted on the outside, to make the beer super cool and fantastic after having been walking round the shops in the Old Town :-)
We will definitely be going again, in our remaining 10 days as it was quality food. The service was nothing special (could have been more engaging and friendly) but it wasn't enough to change our views of meal.
For four of us, it was about 70€, which was more than we are paying in even the nicest of tavernas and does not include a bottle of wine, which we would normally order, but i would recommend all the same, as the food was good.
Please feel free to ask me any questions about this place or Chania as a whole.
