“Excellent food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2013 via mobile

The food was excellent. We had the snails, the crocqettes and the Greek salad for starters. Than continued with the goat and the kebab. Everything was excellent. In the end we got Raki and sweet dessert for free. The service was a bit slow and we missed a more personal touch. A smile will go a long way. The setting is OK tough inside the new part of it it feels and decorated like a diner.

“Chania review”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

Great atmosphere and amazing food. If you get the chance eat in the restaurant versus outside. the restaurant itself is in an old haman. If you eat outside, you are on the alley and have lots of people passing by.

“WONDERFUL FOOD”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

An excellent restaurant in the heart of the old town of Hania, it lived up to our expectations 100%!!! The food was amazing, with some wonderfully surprising recipes, the prices very reasonable and the atmosphere magical. No wonder you have to reserve a table in advance!!!

“Good but we tasted better.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

We opted to dine inside as we thought that dining in the alley was a bit to restrictive and small with people passing by all the time.

The service was good and the food was decent. It was one of the restaurants that we were not given free water and bread. Still the prices are very decently priced like most of the Tavernas in Chania.

“It is just ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013 via mobile

We went here for lunch. It seemed very overpriced.Plus the owner had a very mean little dog that keep barking and was very dirty looking. He seemed like he might bite someone ver easily.I did not enjoy the outdoor area.I got the
gigantic beans and they were my least favorite on the 2 week trip to Greece. My boyfriend got a lamb dish it was ok.The wine was just ok.Go elsewhere. They need to keep that ugly mean dog at home!
