We stayed one night in this hotel, upon our return from the islands. A great modern and clean location, with the metro just around the corner. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady in the coffee shop was very nice! Thank you!
The rooms are quite small but very clean and with a nice bathroom. The roof patio with view of Akropolis is beautiful. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed every minute! We will come back!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, one night before our week in the islands and two nights upon our return to Athens. We both very much liked the hotel. The personnel are excellent, Corsis, Mary and Carmen are three that are very helpful. The breakfast is a feast, hot food, cold food, coffee, tea, juices, just plain more food than you can eat. The rooms were a little on the small side, but hey...Its Athens. They were very clean. Quick and Easy Access to the Metro which is right around the corner. We found that it is cheaper to make reservations online, either through their site or others, than it is to make them at the desk. The roof top patio is very nice, used it one night. They did not charge us for luggage storage. Bottom line: next time we are in Athens we will stay at the Crystal City.

Athens was an eye opener, very old city. The hotel was in a great location, next to the metro. Everywhere in Athens seems sketchy at night, so its nice to have the hotel just around the corner from the metro. The lobby and restaurant was very modern, had two elevators. The rooms were small, narrow rooms. The breakfast was the best part, roof with view of Akropolis is closed during winter months. Luggage storage has cost.

After having our 7 month booking for four nights cancelled by Candia Hotel, three days before leaving Australia, we found a vacancy at this hotel through Booking .com. However when we arrived after a long flight from Australia, we were greeted by the desk to say they had only just received our request, but not to worry as they had three nights available but not the first night.
They had found us another hotel for the first night, and paid for a taxi to take us there, and to return the next day for the remainder of our stay. The desk staff more very friendly and spoke English. This hotel was very well situated next to the metro station and airport 38 minutes away by train, which departs every half hour.
The hotel is well priced and very comfortable, and breakfast very ample and a very good bedding. Free wireless internet access.
