“One night stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2014

One night stay during stopover in Athens after Santorini. Impeccable service, clean rooms with all amenities, maybe a bit too out of the way from Central Athens and a long walk down Syngrou Avenue (PS: Syngrou is red light district in Athens, you have been warned!)

The rooms are quite big and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its about 5 min with the taxi to Syntagma and the nearest metro at about 20 min. There is a running park nearby (Alsos Neas Smirnis) and next to it a place with some restaurants and pubs.

Room Tip: The room at the top floor although is smaller than the rest it has a terrace and an amazing view.

I found this hotel to be a satisfactory. It was clean and the room was large. Each room appeared to have its own small balcony. It is about a 5 Euro taxi ride to the center of downtown where most of the ancient ruins, museums and shopping are located. The spa tub in our room did not work and we had to call maintenance on two occasions because the room safe kept giving us problems. The staff was polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet never changes and is a little disappointing when compared to similar Mediterranean buffets we have enjoyed in Turkey and Egypt. There are computers in the lounge for use by the guests. Dinner was only served during the off season when ordered. A dinner buffet was available only for a touring group. We visited during the off season and the area was very quiet at night making it easy to sleep.

Room Tip: King sized beds are available, but are actually two twin beds pushed together. Our room had a couch...

Was there as part of a trip with my students. The staff was really helpfull, and the breakfast was better than most places. The only problem is its 30-40 mins on foot to Akropolis, but there is a busstop quite near the hotel.

The hotel was nice enough, but there are lots of hotels in Athens that are in the downtown area or at least close to public transportation.

The closest thing was the tram, which is easy enough to take, but is a 15 minute walk away.

Stayed here just for one night. Would be kinda hard to find the hotel by yourself. I used a can from the metro station Neos Kosmos - 5 euros.
The receptionist is very friendly and provided with all the info asked.
Room s clean and the bath too. Although towels could use some bleach:)) that s why 4 stars.. They are kinda grayish...

Stayed 6 Nights here with my wife. Rooms are decent, clean and well maintained but power, including . The breakfast buffet could have had better choices but the fruits were fresh. Booked a room with a double bed but got 2 singles pushed together. The standout thing with this hotel is the staff. They were very friendly and extremely helpful.

It has decent local places to eat in a very short walking distance. Close to a main highway that has fast access to wherever you want to visit and about 10 mins from the closest beaches (Alimos beach which is fine but locals will laugh at you) or about 25mins from Astir Beach (beautiful).

Overall, a very good experience.
