I tell you what if every hotel, paid as much attention to detail and customer service like the Airotel Parthenon, no one would ever go home, it was truly as sad moment when we had to do our final check out of this grand establishment.
The staff- could not find a better bunch of funny, knowledgeable and helpful staff any where. Special thank you to Peter d baz as well.
Location- the hotel is located right next to acropolis, I'm sure it must be the closest out of all the hotels in Athens, also just around the corner is an amazing souvlaki shop plus 50 other restraunts so what ever tickles your fancy it's there.
Rooms- very European rooms but a bit more sizable than your average hotel, mineral water restocked in your fridge every day, I even had a large balcony. Cleaned spotless every day.
Do your self a favour if your tossing up between where to stay in Athens look no further because I can honestly tell you, you won't be disappointed.

Our trip in Athens cant be this enjoyable without staying in this hotel - its location makes everything so easily accessible. Rooms are very clean and the bed is comfy. Breakfast has many choices - with hot options too ;) we would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to Athens.

I went to Athens along with my wife in December and stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The location is superb with all the major attractions, food joints and metor in a walking distance. The room was clean and had a big balcony. The breakfast was served hot and had good variety. The staff was very friendly and we had a smooth check in. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for the top floor corner room with the big balcony.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days during a short visit to Athens and it was very good. Service was excellent. The room was decent. Breakfast was included in the price and it had a nice selection of Greek and International food.
The hotel is 2 blocks from the metro station and the Acropolis. We walked to many places in Athens and even returned back from a bar around 2 AM without any difficulty.

Although situated in a dark side street, this hotel has a wonderful location for any tourist coming to Athens. It is only 50 metres away from the metro line which takes you to and from the airport with only one change of train. In addition, all the major sites are all within easy walking distance and so no further transport costs are incurred.
The hotel itself is not what we in the UK would deem a four star, more like an average three star. However, the staff were all really nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was buffet style, offering a wide range of choices, both hot and cold and the quality of the food was excellent. The rooms were reasonably sized for a city centre hotel and in addition we had a balcony outside. The towels and sheets were clean and fresh and of good quality and the rooms were well cleaned each day.
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are looking for luxury accomodation.

Room Tip: Ensure you ask for a room at the front or back of the hotel and not one in the central areas of each...

I booked this hotel immediately after spending one sleepless night in 2* star hotel in Omonia area. And this was one of best decisions ever! I can recommend this hotel without any doubt as it delivers a 4* star service as stated. One of the nicest and varied breakfast I have ever had. Comfy bed, duvet & pillows, tea-coffee facilities within the room, pleasant view from balcony. Although you may not have the best view as surrounding buildings will obstruct view of Acropolis hill.. Superb location, just behind Acropolis metro and safe neighbourhood. Dislikes - Bathroom door doesnt have a lock, Balcony doors are stiff and difficult to slide open & the tap always made an annoying sound with the water flowing out of it (even the toilets on the mezannine floor above reception had this unpleasant sound).. But these minor will not deter me to change my feedback...Overall Highly recommended

Room Tip: Not much of a view from hotel but you can ask for higher floors for view of locality

The location is a big positive since it is right at the foot of the Acropolis in the Plaka area. In addition, the hotel is really close to Syntagma Square and the Temple of Zeus. I was also quite pleased with the breakfast choices. The staff was also very helpful, and they were willing to help me book a tour to Delphi. Overall, I was really pleased with this hotel and would consider staying here again.
