“Take your earplugs”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

Only stayed one night but have found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful, the room very clean (and with a small balcony), the breakfast good. The bathroom was small, especially the shower-in-the-tub; not for big or tall people. The biggest negative however was the absence of any sound-proofing. The guy next door was snoring and it sounded like he was lying next to me. I was glad I had packed my earplugs...

Room Tip: Take a room towards the back to avoid traffic noise

What surprises is the very good quality compared to the price. Good rooms, very good breakfast and nice staff.
The hotel is in a good position, near the underground. I've been here for business but I think I'll keep in mind when it'll happen to come here for vacation.

The dedicated staff of this hotel were very professional indeed. I was impressed by the breakfasts, the cleanliness, the comfort of the lobby area, and the comfort of the room. Despite the strikes and protests, I felt safe and comfortable in this most marvellous city. The staff advised on avoiding the crowds, and as walking to tourist destinations was mandatory given the lack of any public transport, they helped me find safe walking routes. Some good restaurants nearby made this combinded holiday and business trip really great. If you are thinking about going to Athens, do go - they need our tourist dollars and it is a safe interesting and beautiful City. The Byzantine Museum is about 10 minutes walk away is worth a visit too.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Near Metro station and not too far from Plaka market. Crowne Plaza is nearby and so is a Strip Bar.

The staff was very helpful and one helpdesk guy even helped me get an Ovation Acoustic guitar. We had a complaint with the room/ bed initially and that was addressed without much fuss.

Nice buffet breakfast and comfortable stay.

I have stayed in this hotel twice now and would always use it if returning to Athens. It is very accessible from the airport and only 2 stops on the Metro from Syntagma Square in the city centre. The staff are invariably helpful and friendly, especially those on reception. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is clean and bright and is suitable for business and leisure guests. I highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful clean boutique hotel that is within walking distance from the city centre and Plaka. All down hill. Coming back, the train is a great option. The staff were very helpful even to the point of installing an ironing board and iron in my travel buddy's room. Breakfasts were typically Greek with alternatives for non adventurous diners. The restaraunt had a limited but good menu. Good snacks or meals were available with room service. At our time of staying, the Wifi was not as has been previously reviewed.

The lobby and restaurant of the hotel are brand new with regular furnitures.
Nevertheless, rooms are old fashion and seems that have more than 10 years.
For breakfast, the offer is quite interesting but quality is not outstanding.

Worst is that WiFi is charged 30€ / day on the room but on lobby is FOC. And despite I paid for WiFi on the room, it was not working and manager was not on the mood to reimburse the money.

Room Tip: for young people that. not recommended at all for business.
