Great service, best Best Western hotel I stayed! Staff is charming and welcoming! Internet wasnot reliable, however it seems it was connected with the construction side - still no noise! If you need to visit the hospital - as in our case it's the perfect location - spacious rooms!

Quaint little hotel, that has all you need and is well located. It is close enough to downtown that you can get there for about 8 euro in a cab or walk for about 30 min and enjoy the sceanery as you walk. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a good blend of European and western style breakfast fare. Beds were a little too european for me, but I was also there for the marathon weekend, so I was a little greedy when it came to bed support. Also, I'd recommend bringing a pillow or asking for a few more, they are pretty flat.

Overall, great experience.

Room Tip: Elevator is small, so pack small or request a lower floor.

This hotel is well located for all transport, bus and metro. It is situated in a residential side road, very quiet, but only a couple of minutes away from a lovely square with lively bars, shops.bakery, cafe and restaurants.
Our room, located on the 3rd floor was very spacious, nice large bathroom and comfortable bed.
Appreciated tea/coffee tray. Breakfast was fine and served over a three hour period. Spent most time away from hotel but brief meetings with staff were friendly.Would stay again if in Athens.
Easy 45 minute metro journey to airport.

This hotel is not located literally downtown as you is 3 Metro stops away from the Syntagma Square but compared to the size of Athens, well it IS central. If you are in the mood and the weather is fine, you can walk to the centre as it may take you from 30' to 60' depending on your pace.
The hotel itself is not easily spotted but the street it is in is really cute and quiet. Its staff is really professional and they did what they could to fix any minor issues that happened to me. Its breakfast though was poor, although of good quality. The member of staff in the breakfast room was professional and very friendly at the same time and made breakfast enjoyable.
The maids I met were very polite, fast and efficient. The bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my sleep. The towel were a bit worn and overwashed and this is the only thing I would definitely change. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel which can be even better if some spots (like the doors and some furniture) are taken more care.

Decent hotel. Good wifi, nice room, good breakfast, attentive and helpful staff. Cons - of a side street, so can be tricky to find first time, wall and doors can be quite thin could hear doors slamming and people chatting at two in morning. Shower out dated and quite slippy

Honey moon trip to greece
started our honey moon with 2 nights in athens @ the best western embassy

we arrived @airport there is several ways to get from the airport to the hotel
metro train / blue line/ $ 4 euro/ 45 min to megaro moussikis stop /10 min walk to hotel nice walk infront of athens theater and the us embassy and a small park very safe and lighted sidewalk never felt scared. OR the bus x95 / $2 euro/ 1 hour / 5 min walk /stops infront of mavili sq. OR taxi about $35 euro unless after midnight then there extra charge .
I took the train around 8pm no problems if u take public transportation make sure ATTENTION!!!!!!!!! after u purchase your ticket it must be validated at a machine.

The hotel is good for a short stay there are no acropolis view. its a bit outdated yet it has all the comforts you need. it was clean and alot of nice vanities. free wifi worked well. the elevator is tiny 2 people max . nice breakfast included continental. The front staff are excellent and knowledgable of the area . There a couple of restaurant and plenty of bars around the park. and bakery open late. its about 2 metro stop to the acropolis very easy to navigate

Room Tip: suites have more space and extra furniture to sit down
