Pretty good hotel in the centre of Plaka so easy walking distance to all the action. Breakfast available from early hours so great to get some food before an early morning ferry to the islands. Rooms were clean although an internal view so nothing to be excited about. Had a look at the rooftop bar which does have amazing views but it was raining so closed. Service was also good. I would say there are nicer hotels for a longer stay but for a short stopover in Athens then you could not go wrong with choosing this hotel.

We really enjoyed Athens and found this hotel very much to our liking. The room was large enough, the air conditioning efficient, the bed very comfortable and the the whole hotel was clean and comfortable. We very much appreciated the provision of drinks free of charge all day in the restaurant. All of the staff that we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We did not arrive until after midnight but were made very welcome and invited to go to the restaurant for a refreshing cold or hot drink on the house. The buffet breakfast was very welcome and well provisioned. The location was great between two main squares. The walk to the metro was easy and downhill and from there we could go directly to the airport (and to the port.) The view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace is fantastic both day and night views are impressive. We certainly intend to visit again.

Room Tip: you can pay an extra 20 euros a night for an Acropolis view room. We didn't as there were none a...

This place far exceeded expectations and was excellent for the price. The staff was friendly and took only seconds to check us in. The location was very convenient to the Hop On Hop Off Sightseeing Bus and to lots of quaint street cafes. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Plaka only 1 night, but loved it. You will not find a more comfortable bed in all of Greece. The breakfast was amazing, extensive selection. It was only a 2 block walk form the Monastiriki train station, and a 3 minute walk to the market. In addition to free Wi-fi, there was a desktop for all to use on the second floor. The rooftop terrace was very large and offered not only great views of the Acropolis, but all the Athens area. Our room was large and modern, and the bathroom was spacious. If there is a negative, its that the staff were not very friendly. Overall a great hotel choice!

The rooftop of this hotel provided an amazing view of the Acropolis especially at night when the sight is lit up. Our room was a corner unit with high ceiling and windows on both sides coupled with modern furnishings (though not fancy) which made it bright and airy. The king bed was very comfortable and the room including the bathroom was very clean. There was a big closet with ample shelf space and a safe inside. Free WiFI provided but at times the signal was weak. Breakfast is served on the second floor with good choices. The location of the hotel is also great-within short distance from Monastiraki station (the square in front is a great place to buy fruits). Close to many restaurants and shoppings. Be aware of the tiny elevator. If you have to rely on it to go up and down many times, you may want to consider the lower floors or be prepared to wait.

Room Tip: Coner unit have windows on two walls offers lots of light and feel airy.

1st and foremost who would want to drive into Athens and if so why not research where to park.
This hotel offered everything that that was needed for a short or long stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the price for a city centre hotel was more than acceptable. As pointed out by the manager there was free tea and coffee all day. we arrived under very difficult circumstances and Dorina pulled out all the stops to help us, without her we would have probably not overcome those difficulties. This hotel is located in the heart of everything making sightseeing as easy as ABC. the breakfast was excellent both in quantity and quality. Every effort is made to make the guest experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. The icing on the cake is the uninterrupted view of the Acropolis from the roof top terrace. We would not stay anywhere else when we visit Athens again.

Room Tip: ask for a Acropolis View on high floor.
