Just had a great meal at O Pote! We found this place by chance driving around Braganca (which is really quiet right now!). The host and hostess were very welcoming and enthusiastic about their local cuisine. Most of the options were marked "0 Km" to denote zero food miles. We started with a glass of port made by the owner (as was the excellent olive oil and acceptable house red wine) and a plate of local meats and cheese (also all made/cured by the owner). This was followed by a delicious wild rabbit (also caught locally) in an excellent and rich sauce - just what we needed on a cold January evening! Dessert also good with the only slight disappointment being the decaf coffee (which doesn't seem to be good anywhere around here). Restaurant strongly recommended!
