This was a special holiday and we were not disappointed, the attention to detail and the friendly welcome was incomparable, we will certainly return.We were honoured with flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine brought to our room on the day of our wedding anniversary.

Reid's Palace is a lovely hotel that goes out of its way to make its customers feel special. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is outstanding. The rooms are comfortable and the views stunning. The gardens are beautiful and you can happily spend a day lost in the lovely grounds, soaking up the peace and sunshine. I look forward to my next trip!

Reids Palace an amazing hotel perched on a cliff a beautiful historic building, plush interior stunning views. Would stay there forever if i could afford it, unique in every way,no place like it, if you ever get the chance this is one not to miss even if for one or two nights.

a unique hotel, lots of attention to detail.
I visited with my family over Christmas and what was the most impressive was the attention to small details, such as on Christmas day a present was left in each of our rooms along side a traditional Madeiran Christmas cake (although we were travelling as a family all of us are adults now!).
The sports facilities are good, I particularly liked the pool, and the view from our rooms was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend for a memorable holiday.
