“We loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2013

We loved this hotel so much. It was our honeymoon and they gave us their best room. They also made a surprise when we opened the door....the local pastries, fruits, sparkling wine and personal greeting card. It was fantastic! The reception guys were super friendly. The hotel is very new and modern. The interior design was wonderful and we liked the bed. The breakfast was nice too. It was our first visit to Lisbon and they left us so much nice experience. Regarding location. There are couple of public buses almost right outside from the hotel to the city center and it took about 10 minutes. You can also take metro but we preferred the bus. I will definitely stay at the hotel again and will recommend it to my friends. Guys, please keep up your service at that level and you will only see more happy guests :)

This new and very friendly hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the Campo Pequeno subway station.
Room and bathroom were very nice with modern decoration. The beds were very comfortable (we stayed in a twin room).
Bathroom is equipped with bathtub and a hairdryer. One only thing to point out here: although the visual aspect of the room and bathroom were very nice, the separation wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is a thin white vinyl wall. I had trouble in getting ready to work in the early morning without waking up my husband when I turned the bathroom light on and the whole bedroom was also illuminated.
Breakfast was good, with scramble eggs, bacon, with different kinds of breads, crepes, juices, yogurts, cereals and fruits. For those who have lactose intolerance, you have also soya milk available. Also very appealing in this breakfast is the fact that there is always someone who can make your eggs right in front of us and the way we wish (omelet, scrambled, sunny-side up, etc)
Free wireless internet access is available in the room and common areas.
Overall it was a very nice experience, certainly to be repeated.

The Hotel is clean, very friendly front office staff. Can anyone explain that if someone is using the bathroom the whole bedroom lights up? What cloud are these designers on ? The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Got up to get some toast and they cleared the table. The cooked food was disgusting.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating and the free breakfast was fresh, plentiful and good options. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable and quiet. Modern all around. Bathroom shower is small and hard to not get everything wet all over the area. All and all it was a great place to stay - convenient to everything!

What a pleasant surprise, this modern, clean hotel with ample parking spaces has free quick wifi everywhere and the rooms are bright, clean and comfortable. On the downside you have no walk in shower but have to shower in a bathtub but otherwise the bathrooms are nice. Comfy beds and a good breakfast bufé.

I visited Lisbon with my friend for one overnight stay and enjoyed the experience in 3K Europa except for the bar facilities and breakfast. Very limited choice of drinks and no atmosphere in the bar. The lady serving in the bar was pleasant but cleared all the shelves of drink soon after we arrived, which was not late. Breakfast on the following morning was very disappointing as the sausages were seriously undercooked and the bacon rashers were fatty, stringy and any meat on them tasted like cardboard - not worth €12.00. All I could have was a cup of coffee, juice and croissant and, for that price, I felt like throwing the plate on the floor. Otherwise, the basic facilities in the hotel were just that - basic, basic, basic.

I stayed in The Hotel 3K Europa in Lisbon for 11 nights. It is modern, clean and comfortable and is well placed in the centre of Lisbon opposite the Campo Pequeno and close to the bus and metro routes. The reception staff were friendly and helpful (although most of the tourist information they gave us was false - a language issue?). I had a single room and it was of adequate size, I found the desk too small to work at and the lack of drawers to tidy my things in inconvenient. Breakfast was well balanced and varied with lots of lovely breads & cakes, although several mornings the tables were not cleared and I could find no place to sit. For a 4 star hotel, however, it found it to be lacking in some touches that make such a long time away from home more comfortable. There was no restaurant, no room service, no tea or coffee facilities in the room & the bar was small and unwelcoming; I waited on 3 occasions for 15 minutes and was never served. There was no iron or kettle available to guests nor were there bathrobes or slippers in the room; there is no gym or pool either. Whilst I was there there was a problem with the internet service, although this was not the fault with the hotel, it was frustrating to be without wifi for 6 days and made working from the room impossible; once it was working, however, it was excellent.
To summarise, if you want somewhere well placed, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast for a few nights and don't intend to spend much time here. It's perfect.
