“Great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

We spent 4 nites here & would highly recommend the hotel. Location is very central & a block each way to a Metro station. Only 3-4 blocks from Tram 28. Breakfast room & food were very good & the staff was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants & helping us to get to where we wanted to go.

Room & washroom were very large by European standards. Only thing that could be improved is the quality of the pillows. Beds were very comfortable.

You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

My wife and I wanted a hotel central to CENTRAL LISBON. What a great find this place is/was. We walked everywhere, the front desk staff are fully bilingual, never had a problem with anything and the rooms were clean the breakfast was more than you could want, and the hotel was always well kept. Would certainly return here to stay if we return to LISBON

It was a very nice hotel, at a fairly reasonable price. The room was very pretty, and the bathroom spacious and clean. The only consideration to make is the location. It is in a major avenue and right in front of a subway station, making it very accessible. But it's not within walking distance of *anything*, so it's best if you have a car (like I did), or want to use the subway.

I've been to this hotel for 4 times now and it continues to fill all the standards for a comfortable stay in Lisbon.
Very-well located next to Anjos underground station and a 5-minute walk from Cervejaria Portugália (famous for its steaks). There is also a supermarket (Pingo Doce) nearby and some smaller shops that sell fruits, food and drinks.
The staff is very friendly. The rooms are quite spacious for a 3-star hotel and the bathrooms are quite large, too. Everything is very clean.

The Hotel was not far from the airport and the taxi is about 20eur.
Hotel is on the main street. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel has a nice loby, bar and restourant. There is a nice terrase where you can have a morning coffee.
Hotel is on a good location if you want to explore the city by foot. Its not far from the metro station but we acctualy didnt use metro at all. Its about 20 min walking to get to the start point of famous Tram 28.
Breakfast was nice and there was a variety of food to choose from. We havent had lunch in the hotel since in the city there are so many restourantes to choose from and we were out all day.
I would recomend this hotel for business and toursit visits since it is good value for the money and a good location.

Room Tip: Ask for the room that doesnt look on the main street it can be noisy in the night

I stayed here the end of June for 3 nights. I found the hotel to be very nice and clean. The room and bathroom was quite big for a 3 star. The location was ok. It was about a 20 minute walk down to Rossio square where you could catch the buses, metro and hop-on/off buses. Along the walk there were numerous little mom and pop cafes where you get a coffee and pastry for cheap and there was metro access close by too. There were also a few supermarkets close by. I cant comment on the breakfasts because I didnt attend any even though they were included. I left very early on my check out day and a taxi to the airport was just under 10 euros and about 15 minutes. Reception was helpful. I think in a better location, this hotel would be a 4 star.

Decent hotel with good service - got the room changed without problems, as we were looking for a quieter one. Aim for one at higher floors and far from the elevator and you will be fine. Breakfast could have had more options or at least some variety. Not in the most spectacular area of Lisbon, but extremely close to a metro station, so everything is in reach. Keep in mind what you are paying and you'll be satisfied with what you get in return.
